Convercent launched today a streamlined navigation experience for administrators, an upgrade that aims to save valuable time for compliance leaders while improving their access to essential tools and features.
”In this quickly-changing risk landscape, compliance teams are busier than ever. An effective navigation can have a hugely positive impact on their day-to-day experience,” said Philip Knight, Convercent Product Manager. “We designed this new navigation with that in mind, ensuring that the most widely used pages are accessible directly from the navigation.”
Features of the new navigation experience include:
- Convercent’s navigation menu moves from a horizontal orientation at the top of the dashboard, to a vertical orientation down the side.
- By default, the menu is minimized so users can see everything they need.
- The menu can be pinned open if users need to move quickly between tasks.
- The most frequently used pages and tools, including employee scorecards and the Convercent campaign manager, are now accessible via the navigation menu.
The experience has been tested by an Early Access Program of power users since early April. “It was super easy to jump in and catch on,” said Claire Lawrence, Senior Corporate Paralegal at AFL during a recent webinar explaining the updates. “I’ve already found that it’s going to be a real timesaver for my team.”
The new administrator experience is one step toward a more efficient and powerful Convercent application. New navigation experiences for program moderators and participants (for example, helpline reporters) will follow in July.
