An Added Layer of Protection

Ensure your policy attestation records are above reproach while providing assurance that none of those records could have been altered in any way. Employee scorecards show signed policies and a digital certificate that verifies the authenticity of the signature, and you can print and distribute the signed documents at any time.

HOW IT WORKS

Adding wet signatures is quick and easy for Policy Manager customers—and still easy for employees to attest to the policies they need to. All while providing your company an airtight record and trail of employee attestation.

1. Enable and Activate

1. Enable and Activate

Let your Customer Success Manager know you’d like to enable wet signatures on your policies. Then, create your campaigns using PDFs with signature fields in them. Once your PDF is uploaded, simply check the “Require E-Signature” box.

2. Deploy

2. Deploy

Employees get the same easy user experience they’re used to with Convercent, with an added dropdown box for them to choose a font for their attestation signature. Once they’ve attested, they can download and review a policy document, but can't access the signed copy.

3. Record and Defend

3. Record and Defend

The attestation and watermarked date and time are applied to the policy PDF, then encrypted and stored on a secure server. Administrators can see, print and distribute the signed policy and digital certificate that verifies the authenticity of the signature at any time.
