Convercent’s Service Desk offers customers several channels for communicating with the Customer Experience team, receiving support and accessing self-help options outside of normal business hours.
The Service Desk is the recommended method for finding information or requesting assistance. Customers will be provided login credentials to access the support page. Requests will be processed during normal hours and can be tracked online.
