Q: Customer Day

A: Our dedicated customer day will be held on Wednesday 22nd May from 8:45 to 13:15 at the hotel where the conference is taking place. You need to register to participate. This day is all about our customers and focused on what is most important to their unique needs.

Q: Justify Your Trip 

A: Make your case to attend the best business ethics conference of the year with our justification letter. Please email gemma.kimber@convercent.com who can provide the letter which breaks down all the costs and the ROI of the conference.

Q: Will I receive the presentations?

A: All presentations will be posted after the conference. We will also have videos from the general session. These are exclusive to event attendees only and password protected.

Q: Is there internet access at the conference?

A: WiFi will be available throughout the conference.

Q: Which hotel should I stay at?

A: Hotel Softiel Brussels Europe is the official conference hotel.  Special discounted rates will be offered and transportation to and from the dinner will be provided to and from here. To make your reservation at the Sofitel please download and complete this short form and return to the hotel via email – H5282-SB@sofitel.com – it’ll take no more than 2 minutes to complete online. 

Q: What is the best way to get to the hotel?

A: Please note there are two Sofitel hotels in Brussels. CONVERGE will be held at the ‘Hotel Sofitel Brussels Europe’ Place Jourdan 1, 1040 Bruxelles, Belgium.

From the Airport

By Rail: Brussel-Schuman is the nearest train station to the venue, a 7 minute walk
Brussels Airport-Zaventem to Brussel-Schuman takes 16 minutes
– take the Intercity train two stops towards Dinant or Charleroi-Sud

By Taxi: 18 minute drive | Uber €21-29 | Meter taxi €33-36

From Midi Station
By Rail: Brussel-Schuman is the nearest train station to the venue, a 7 minute walk
Gare du Midi to Brussel-Schuman takes 22 minutes
– take Metro 2 or 6 to Arts-Loi then change to Metro 1 or 5

Q: What is the attire?

A: Please feel free to dress in business casual attire for the duration of the conference. The dinner on Monday is held at a chalet on a lake so, weather permitting, please bring a jacket top spend time in the fresh air.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Registration can be transferred to another person if requested in writing by e-mail to gemma.kimber@convercent.com by the original registrant at least one month (20th April) before the event. No substitution is allowed within the last two weeks before the event.

If you must cancel your registration, please submit your request in writing by 24th April via email to gemma.kimber@convercent.com. Registrations canceled on or before, will be fully refunded. If canceled between 25th April and 10th May, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given if canceled after 10th May.
