With more than a decade of HR experience in the public sector and a range of verticals including finance, real estate, energy and technology, Robert Seggelke brings a unique perspective to the overall People and Culture function at Convercent, a focus on the team without losing sight of the individual.

In HR leadership roles with eFolder, Granicus and Community Investors, Inc (now FRONTSteps), Robert implemented scalable HR policies and procedures that enabled exponential company growth while preserving strong company cultures. Robert supplements years of People Operations experience with a passion for providing a world class experience to employees.

Robert enjoys reading, watching Avalanche hockey and spending time with his family.
